The health and well-being of our residents, guests and employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and following guidance from public health officials and the CDC. Based on their recommendations, we have temporarily adjusted policies on our amenity spaces and resident activities and have implemented initiatives including virtual tours in order to reduce additional risk. The health and well-being of our residents and guests is of the utmost importance to us and while these measures may pose a temporary inconvenience, we believe it’s the right thing to do in order to maintain the welfare of our communities. Our goal every day is to provide a safe, welcoming, and outstanding experience for our residents, their families, and guests and we will continue to monitor the situation to provide ongoing support.
